Our in-house technical teams in Italy and in the UK ensure that all of the products we sell are produced in accordance with the highest levels of food safety. We have an in-house Accredited Laboratory for Microbiological & Chemical Analyses. Their DNA species tests conduct over 36,000 analyses per annum.

Our own distribution centres in Italy, UK, Eire and Holland offer full stock management from factory to customer. Across the world, we also work with specialist distributors and importers to ensure we can deliver the freshest products with the most efficient logistics.
